In order to have a clear view of the whole process I mapped out the flow that the users have to go through from start to finish. This helped me identifying key problems that the designs needed to address in order to be successful.

In order to have a clear view of the whole process I mapped out the flow that the users have to go through from start to finish. This helped me identifying key problems that the designs needed to address in order to be successful.

Old design

The old design served well Fine's first customers but it had many problems. The feel & look was inconsistent in many places and tasks were shown in a way that users had a hard time understanding how long the overall process could take. Tasks were just popping out on the screen without any way of knowing what was next.

New design

The new design was thought out to address all of these problems. The look & feel were modernised and simplified to make the experience less intimidating, tasks were displayed from top to bottom and by completing one you get to unlock new ones. The overall visibility of the whole process was improved as well and you could easily see what's coming next divided by categories.

User Dashboard

The brand new user dashboard offers users a landing point after logging in where they can see everything related to their cases while offering a bit of gamification showing the final reward they may get after completing the tasks and the progress they are making.


Cross-selling elements were included in order to bring more awareness about our other products.
